A deposit of $50 for facial therapies & $100 for microblading service is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to reschedule your appointment. The deposit is used towards the final cost of the procedure.

We reserve our time exclusively for our clients. As such, 48-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be automatically forfeited. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation.

Please contact me if you are not able to make your appointment or if you are going to be late. I understand unforeseen events may happen. Being 20 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment.

We value our client’s time. We do not want any of our clients time to be wasted waiting for their service to resume. As a result, we provide services only by appointments. We take great pride in being very meticulous about our client’s appointments.

We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure enough time to check in, fill out any necessary forms, relax and unwind with a refreshing beverage. Please help us by arriving on time so that you may receive your full service in a relaxed, non-rushed environment.

Please consider leaving your prized possessions at home. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items such as accessories and jewelry.

In order for you to thoroughly enjoy & relax your mind during facials, we recommend that you come in at our facility in relax clothing.

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appreciated and appropriate.
